Korean Item Procurement Service 2012

One of the admin of Koreanophile will go to Korea for vacation from 30/6/2012 to 6/7/2012.So we will have the service like last year to help you all purchase the items back from Korea :)

No matter is albums,cloths,cosmetics or other items,we will help you to bring back as long as you order it :)

Below are some FAQ to let you all understand how the procedure and details of the purchasing service.

Q.How to count for the price ?

A. Price ：Official price of items in official website（in won）x 0.0035 +(procurement fees)

＊Procurement fees：

• RM5 for each small items such as key chains,files,cosmetic etc                                                 (If you buy two small items from the same place, procurement fees will be RM5 for two items. For example, you are buying two lipsticks from etude so the procurement will be RM5 for two items)

• RM10 for each bigger items such as albums,poster,photo albums and cloths.
• Some BIG items will cost more for the procurement fees,please ask admin for the fees :)

The price above doesn't include local postage fees（Please ask from admin），If you buy many items and wish to collect the items instead of posting it,we can do it on certain locations (Please ask from admin)

Example 1：A wants to buy Super Junior Mr Simple Version C album，According to G-market，the price of the album is ￦12,500

So the calculation is shown as ： 12500 x0.0035+RM10 = RM 53.75

Example 2 : A wants to buy Etude cosmetic product，According to etude official website，the price is ￦12,000

So the calculation is shown as：12000x0.0035+RM5=RM 47

P.S. Please noted that if the luggage is detained by the customs, everyone that ordered items need to share to fees to claim back to luggage. You will pay according to how many items you bought. If you disagree, please don't make an order. Although this condition do not happen on us before(last year we come back from korea with few boxes of food and cosmetic and nothing happen ^^). But we say this earlier just to avoid any misunderstanding happen.

Q. Do I pay you everything at once? What happens if I paid extra or less ?

A. The first payment you make to us is for the cost of the items only (NOT INCLUDING LOCAL POSTAGE FEES). This payment can be a full or partial payment. Once we have the items successfully, we will contact you to make the second payment of the local postage fees. If you paid extra the first time,we will deduct the extra money out from postage fees. Similarly if you paid less, please pay us the remainder along with the postage fees. Please note that we will only post out the items after we receive the second payment. We have the right hold on to the items until all payment has been made.

Q. The item I want to purchase does not have an official website. How do I calculate the amount I need to pay?

A. In this situation, please make an estimate of the price of the item and bank in to us accordingly. Please keep in mind that we will only make a purchase if the money banked in is more than half of the purchase price of the item. If the money you banked in is less than half the purchase price, no purchase of items will be made and all money will be returned, therefore it would be better to bank in more money in the first payment. In the case of extra money, we will always refund you. Once again, please remember we have the right to hold your items until all payment has been made. :)

Q. I want to buy some goodies, but I'm not sure what they have there ><

A. In this case,you can set a budget price and bank in to us. After that, tell us what you want roughly and we will try our best to search for you in Korea. The procurement fees are still RM5 for each small items and RM10 for each big items. The procurement fees only can be confirmed after we come back from Korea, it depends on how many items we bought for you. And after the procurement fees are confirmed, you have to bank in the procurement fees to us together with the local postage fees. Please be noted that you cannot decline the items we bought just because you don't like it. So if you don't like our selection, please don't purchase using this method ;).

Q.Is it guaranteed that I will definitely get the item that I ordered?

A. We can't guaranteed that we will definitely get the item that you ordered especially for Super Show 4 goodies. If we could not manage to buy the items for you, we will refund the full amount to you.

Q. What if the clothes I ordered are the correct size but do not fit me? Can i get a refund ?

A. No. All sales are final, so please think carefully before you make an order.
