Q.Do you provide COD servcie ?
A.Basically,we don't provide COD service but you can contact us to collect your items instead of posting the items to you to save the postage fees :) you still need to bank in before you collect your items and no disocunt will be given because you saved postage fees :)
Available places are only : Taylor's university lakeside campus,1U and Kepong area.
Q.Where should I ask if I have any questions about the item ?
A.Well,There is 3 ways :)

2.You can post your question at our facebook page WALL
3.You can add (koreanophile@hotmail.com) in msn,the admins of koreanophile will online whenever they are free.
Q.How much do the postage fees cost ?
A.The postage fees depends on the mass of your parcel and the place you are staying.
For your information,all of your parcels are sent through postlaju.
Q.Can I trust the quality of the items ?
A.We always believe that there should be trust between buyers and sellers,
We always try our best to choose and bring the best quality item to you,
So if you don't trust us,please don't purchase any items to avoid any unhappy accident happen :)
Q.Can I return the items and get back my money?
A.No. We will check the items before we post to you. This is to protect our shop as well, hope you understand.
Q.Awww the items all so expensive,can you give me a discount?
A.We will try our best to give you a discount if you buy many items,
but please understand that the postage fees of the items from overseas to our country is really high, we have tried our best to set the lowest price for our customers.
Q.Are your items original products ?
A.Our items are not original products,you can obviously see from our goodies' price.
Our items are mainly duplicate product unless it's stated original.
Q.Why are the items so expensive ?! Other shops are selling at cheaper price !!
A.Our items' price are higher because we choose to bring in the better quality products instead of some bad quality but cheap products.We are confident about the quality of our items esp the quality of hoodies ! Every item is more than worth the money you are paying for it.
Q.Do you ship to other country ?
A.We will try our best to ship to your country :) But you will need to pay for the postage fees of the items to your country.Email us and we will discuss about it :)
