Please take note that once you order from our shop,we will assume that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
1.Please bank in the money to us before the closing date,if you have to bank in later because of some problems,please contact with the admin of Koreanophile.We are strictly against backout customers ! So if you did not bank in before closing date and do not reply when admin contact you,we will blacklist you.
2.When you order,we assume that you already know that most of the items in our shop are based on pre-order system except those items which stated ready stock.It will takes 2-3weeks for the goodies to reach Malaysia and we will post to you within 3 days after we receive the items.So please wait patiently for the arrival of items.
3.We will not accept return of the items and requested refund in any condition.We will check the items before posting to you,please trust us in this as our shop has conducted more than six batches pre-order before for 2011.
4.All sizes of the cloths are stated below the picture,so please measure it properly before you choose the size.If you are still blur of the size,contact with us and we will give you our advice.Any return of cloths because of size problem will not be allowed,we will not refund to you in this case.We can help you to put at our shop for sales if you want.
5.All prices stated are not included postage fees.Postage fees vary depends on where you stay and what you bought.
6.Customers have to bank in the full amount included postage fees.If have any balance under RM10,we will put it in the parcel when send the parcel to you.And if the balance more than RM10,we will bank in to you for safety purpose (Maybank account is preferred if not RM5 will be charged for interbank transfer)
7.As the price of the items are the lowest we can set,we normally will not give any discount anymore unless you buy in a big amount.Please take note that there are some discounts available in our shop for whole year also.
8.If there are any no stock of the items you ordered,we will refund full amount to you for sure.Once again,maybank account is preferred and other bank accounts will be charged RM5 by the bank because of interbank transfer.
9.Always contact with admin if you have any problems.This will help to avoid many misunderstanding and problems :D
